What should i do about this t-mobile dilemma?
so i got an upgrade and i ordered the rocker with upgrade discount and that phone sucked so i returned it with in the couple weeks and ordered the yellow canary w/discount and well that phone sucked even more and so i also returned it and got the t mobile shadow w/discount which was like three weeks delayed because they had not placed the order for me and this happened twice so i finally get my phone and it was ok and by then i was tired of going through phones so i stuck with it but then it started always freezing up on me and freaking out on me i had to continuously turn on and off my phone which took for freaking ever and i was upset and the t zones or wifi was not working i couldn’t connect with my t zones and wifi so i called customer service and told them what was going on and for a whole week i was calling almost everyday for the phone (NO JOKE) because i was told to try and download a game to see if it worked so it didn’t so the next day i called and let them know that the game off t zones was not working so they refunded me that game and for the inconvenience was given an other free download and so like for three days i was downloading games trying to make it work which i thought was strange that it wasn’t working because when i first got the phone i was able to get into my t zones and download a game and so finally i was connected with a shadow tech and we were in process of figuring out what was up with the phone and so finally a couple weeks later i get a call in response to a letter i wrote when the whole t zones wasn’t working and was told that i was going to get a new shadow phone sent to me so i get it sent to me and its crappier than the one i already have when i get calls or make calls the speaker thing is mute like i cant hear a thing it doesn’t work and it still has the internet problem also so i sent that one back which i had to pay with my own money which is STUPID because i didn’t even get to stay with a working phone i stayed with my original not working phone while i sent back the phone i just got that is suppose to work PLUS PAID 20 BUCKS TO GET IT SENT BACK WITH TRACKING NUMBER AND EVERYTHING BECAUSE T MOBILE ASKS FOR THAT!! so by this time im very very upset so my boyfriend calls them for me and asks them if they can possibly send me an other phone that cost the same as when i purchased the shadow or free and my boyfriend even told them the whole story and they say that they have absolute no record of any of this happening not even of the new shadow phone being sent to me to replace the one i have NOTHING so they said "if the shadow is not functioning like it should then we will have to connect you to a shadow tech" so basically telling me to START THE HELL OVER???? ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? i was sooooo PISSED OFF because some one is messing and deleting information off my records which im sure is against policy….. so i don’t know what else to do i mean obviously calling isn’t doing anything and writing them a letter didn’t work at all either so what options am i left with my boyfriend says to try and e mail them but i wouldn’t know where to start and obviously im so very tired of dealing with stupid t mobile and am so close to canceling my account with them but the upgrade i just got was to renew my contract for an other two years and if a break the contract then i have to pay a fee of like 200 bucks?! so PLEASE I BEG OF YOU IF ANY ONE CAN PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!
I have had a very very similar problem with Tmobile! just throw a fit on the phone, ask to speak to a supervisor, if they don’t help you ask to speak to their supervisor, most of the time by the time i got transferred to the 3rd supervisor i was screaming and cursing at them, but hey i got my point across and they sent me a blackberry curve for $99 and they credited me like $50. for all the problems and to cover the shipping charges i had accrewed to send the previous phones back! I know it sounds horrible but with tmobile it seems like being nice gets you nowhere with them! good luck
